BAL Apartments is a small, adults-only aparthotel of eleven modern apartments set right on the beachfront in Playa de las Américas, on the sunny south coast of Tenerife.
The sea is a two-minute walk away; the airport is about twenty minutes' drive. Everything else — the shops, the seafront promenade, the restaurants — is on your doorstep.
We kept it deliberately calm. No children, no pets, non-smoking throughout, and check-in age 24 and over. What you get instead is space to breathe: a private terrace on every apartment, a year-round outdoor pool, a sun terrace, and the kind of quiet that lets a holiday actually feel like one.
