How booking direct works
Choose your dates above and you'll see the apartments that are genuinely available, with the full price for the stay. Send the enquiry and a real person replies, usually the same day, in English, Spanish, Lithuanian or Russian. We confirm every booking personally, which is why you always deal with your host rather than a call centre. Booking with us directly skips the travel-agency commission, so you get our best rate with nothing added on top.
Rates, minimum stay and deposit
The price shown is the total for the whole stay, and it depends on how many of you are coming. A bigger apartment or a bigger group changes the price. Some dates have a minimum stay, and we only show you apartments that really fit your dates. A refundable damage deposit of up to €50 may apply, and is returned after check-out. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out until 11:00. BAL Apartments is adults-only, with a minimum check-in age of 24.
